Welcome to Jobibara.com™ These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobibara.com™ website and its services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Job Search and Tracking

The Service provides tools to search for jobs, filter results, and track your job applications. This includes:

• Job Listings: Access to publicly available job advertisements.
• Application Tracking (Board): Ability to categorize and track the status of job applications (e.g., "Interested," "Applied," "Interview").
• Personal Notes: Functionality to add private notes related to specific job applications.
• Saved Searches: Option to save your search criteria for future use.

3.2 User Profile

The "My Profile" section allows you to store personal professional information, including:

• Personal Summary: A brief overview of your professional background and goals.
• Skills: Technical, soft, and learning-in-progress skills.
• Work Experience: Details about your past employment.
• Education: Information about your academic background.

This information is used solely to enhance your experience within the Service, particularly for AI-powered features.

3.3 AI-Powered Features

The Service includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, such as a Cover Letter Generator.

• AI Functionality: When you use the AI Cover Letter Generator, certain data from your "My Profile" (Personal Summary, Skills, Work Experience, Education) and the job description you are viewing are sent to a Large Language Model (LLM) provided by Google (via Firebase AI). This data is processed by the AI model to generate a personalized cover letter.
• Data Processing by AI: While your data is sent to Google's AI models for processing, Jobibara.com™ does not use this data to train its own AI models. Google's use of data is governed by their privacy policies.
• Usage Limits: AI generation features may be subject to daily usage limits, which are displayed within the Service. These limits are in place to manage resource consumption and ensure fair use for all users. Future premium tiers may offer increased limits.
• Generated Content: The content generated by AI tools is provided for your assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before using it. Jobibara.com™ is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.

4. User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service (e.g., profile data, job notes). By providing content, you grant Jobibara.com™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you. This includes using your profile data to personalize AI-generated content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Jobibara.com or any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmitting any harmful code, viruses, or disruptive files.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
• Abusing AI features beyond stated limits or for malicious purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Jobibara.com™ disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jobibara.com™ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobibara.com™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobibara.com™ and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Termination

Jobibara.com™ may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

Jobibara.com™ reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
